If you are new to SlideshowMaker, start by downloading the app from the App Store. Once installed, you can begin creating amazing slideshows from your favorite photos and videos.

How do I create a new slideshow?

Start by opening the app and clicking the '+' button to create a new project. Select the photos and videos you want to include in your slideshow. Once you've made your selection, you can customize your slideshow with various themes, music, and transitions.

How do I save and share my slideshow?

Once you're happy with your slideshow, click the 'Save' button. Your slideshow will be saved to your device. To share, click the 'Share' button and choose your preferred method of sharing.

How do I unsubscribe from your app?

You can cancel your subscription by following these simple steps:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.
  5. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

We’d be happy to do this on your behalf, but unfortunately we can’t because it’s Apple and not us that manages your subscriptions and payments. We have no control over your subscription and any payments you make.

How can I get a refund?

If you’re dissatisfied with our product, let us first apologize for not meeting your expectations. You can ask for a refund through Apple by visiting this website and logging in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase. You can read more about this here. Unfortunately, we don’t manage your subscriptions and payments, so we cannot issue refunds. However, you can go through the Apple customer support service to be refunded.
